Gee Ape, in all of the cowboy shooting I have done, albeit in my younger days, I never saw a cowboy rifle with a curved butt stock that had such a large degree of curve in it. Take my 1938 RR for example, it has a curve, but not all that great. My 1951 DMC #5 and #25 Pumpers also have only a small curve in the stock.
